Hello all. I had just purchased a used vehicle in NY and i have some questions about the Lemon Law.First i need to point out that the vehicle needs a new transmission and that it is still under the 30 day warranty.

1:Who pays for towing the consumer or the dealer?
2:What kind of parts need to be used by law(new,used,refurbished)?
3:Should the dealer furnish a rental car?
4:Can i get a refund if the vehicle has been at the shop longer than 15 days without any attempts to repair the problem?

I would like to thank any and all knowledgeable people for their help and time. Thank you.
