745i lemon law buy-back (1043 views) (1043 thread views) 
Message: FYI to y'all here on these great boards..

Just had a budy with an 03 745i do a lemon law buy back..his drivers seat caught fire when he had the seat warmers on...they initially told him to pound sand..then with an attorney, suddenly they (BMW) bought the vehicle back at full lease buyout.

So, it is possible...

Safe driving, and watch those seat warmers!
