| Message: | | Hope you have good documentation (service records). My friend had a 04 530i with the same problem. After a few visits, and replacing the entire computer, it could not be fixed. At his last visit he simply stated that if they couldn't fix it he didn't want the car back (it was leased). Sute enough, could not be fixed. They gave him an almost identical 05 530i. His dealer knew better and avoided the obvious lemon law case.
I doubt you will have success like this, but you definitely have a good case. Check the laws in your state to be sure you qualify and get an opinion. Most reputable lemon law attorneys will review your case for free.
