Most lemon laws come into effect if your car has been in the shop for more than 30 consecutive days or been in for the same problem more then 3 times. It doesn't matter if they "claim" they've fixed it. Generally the lemon laws are on the side of the consumer. Write a letter to the GM of the dealer and let him know what you want to do. You will likely find that the GM is more than accomodating. They often times offer to buy the car back w/out involving a lawyer.
