I own a 2003 BMW X-5 3.0. The air bag light has been comong on since I have owned the vehicle for the past two years. Everytime I bring it in for service they claim that they found the cause and fixed it. It has probably been in seven or more times. In fact it has been in the shop three times in the last two months. Again, the airbag light is on, which indicates a mailfunction. I expect a full functioning air bag system in this vehicle. God forbid my wife is in an accident and the air bag does not deploy. I finally got fed up and called BMW. For those of you familiar with the Lemon Law, does this situation qualify?
