| Message: | Why is it so difficult for you to notify a member that the credit card in the automatic renewal is not working rather than wiping the member down to a new membership at 1 month? Given the shaky state of the E31 forum I don't think that I want to appear with a 1 behind my name again. This is the second time that this has happened to me (terry840ci) I post as TerryY. I started with the Inner Circle very shortly after it started way back when and a rather large photo album tied to many posts was wiped out the first time this happened. Less damage this time but but still enough to keep me from just starting over at 1 month of Inner Circle.
