| Message: | I thought I'd take a minute and explain the number one problem we see when your IC membership issue can't be resolved in less than a minute. It's multiple accounts. The issues arise when an IC member has two accounts. He forgets which one is IC then upgrades the wrong when, then cancels the opposite one, then doesn't keep his credit card current on the first one, etc., etc., etc. Please do not register for multiple membership accounts. It causes a lot of problems on our end w/ IC memberships among other things. If you may have multiple accounts please notify us when we're trying to solve the problem w/ your IC account. Give us as much information about the multiple accounts so we can track them down. Whatever you do, do not just re-register w/ a new account to solve the problem. That only makes the problem worse. We're working on making it more difficult to have multiple accounts but in the meantime please help us help you. Thanks, Charlie | ||||
