Don't know if it's still relevant but I just purchased a set of the Cylone hp259 for my boy's Infiniti G20. My local dealer told me that these tires are made at the Virginia Yokohama tire plant. He said customers have had nothing but positive comments about the tires during the time he has sold them. We haven't mounted the tires yet so I don't have any initial driving comments to report. I think for the money they appear to be a good value, especially with the H speed rating.
