Message: I would never recommend it. I would not trust a person making 10.00 per hour to redesign my tires. You take the tread blocks and put cuts in them but all season tires already have siping. To sipe a performnce tire would not help because the rubber compound would be too hard to have any grip anyway. Siping really is old technology that came from highway ribbed tires that did not have any siping.
I would say run away from any offer to sipe your tires.
