| Message: | I'm just about to order a new Cayman. I'm working with a Texas leasing company www.globalautolease.com. 1) Has anyone leased with them before? The fellow running the place (Joe Wirtz) has been extremely responsive (more so than the dealers), provided references (which I verified), and there are no complaints on the BBB. No complaints against the company found via google searches. 2) Global has stated in writing that the price will be $6,000 (!) below MSRP (about 74). He's says he has "fleet" status. 3) The car is to be delivered from GA to CA in covered transport, as part of the price. So what's the catch? Or should I just go to a local dealer (SF Bay Area)? The Oakland dealer is offering $2,800 off of MSRP. I certainly appreciate any advice the experienced Porsche owners can offer. | ||||
