Message: I just got the news. Intermediate shaft failure on my 2001 Boxster with 47,00 miles on it. The service manager of the dealership that sold me the car and to which I have brought it for every service tells me that Porsche will not stand behind their work here. He told me that I did not cause nor could I have prevented the problem. From what he told me and from what I've been reading here, this is not an uncommon problem. This is infuriating! Why is there no class action law suit? I would love to be a part of one and if anybody is compiling names you can surely add me to the list of victims!
