1) BMWs, since the demise of the M30 engine in '93 or so, haven't had valve lash adjustments. Unless it's an M engine.
2) Why would you think a mid-engine car has a pass through? Big DUH, here. The front trunk is very deep, but not long. You can get only about 45" x 6" in the rear trunk.
3) With the top up, you can probably get the wings between the headrests.
