Message: Bart, its the belt tension..redo the adj using the tension tool and if you do not have that use your thumb pressure and make sure you have a least 1.5 in. of play. What happens if your belt is set to tight as the engine warms up the engine block start to expand and places more tension on the belt and idlers...if you do not fix you will be replacing a water pump real soon as the pressure from the tight belt will wear out the water pump bearing
