Message: They repaired my wheel by putting more alloy into the gouge and then polishing it down again. Some sort of alloy solder I think? Probably not hard enough to fix an issue at the rim though. Cost? I have not a clue, as it was insurance.

Surely 2nd hand 928 wheels aren't that hard to find? Probably get two matching wheels in good nick cheaper than a single new one, which won't look right...
How many escape pods are there? "NONE, SIR!" You counted them? "TWICE, SIR!"
