I always start with the easy stuff first, I always adhere to the "K.I.S.S. rule" (Keep it simple stupid).....So, right away, I would probably check the fuses, and relays! Especially with the fan not working. It could be something as simple as that.

I'm no help on your breather issue....My 928 is a 1984, ad I know your engine is completely different than mine! LOL
