| Message: | Carbs on a 79? did you change this out or did you buy it that way? The 79 should have CIS injection on it. The bushings at the bell crank are famous for breaking and causing a lot of slack. they are located on the drivers side, on the engine, close to the firewall. Simply follow the linkage from the throttle plate to the next joint, there you will find your bushings and more than likely your slack. Unless you have carbs than disregard everything I said. | ||||
