Message:

I Had a dead battery in my porsche, I took out the old battery and put in a new charged battery, when ,I connnected the terminals I hear a buzzing sound like a seat belt sound, but the ignition is not turned on? when I try to start the car it turns over but does not start, and the buzzing sound continues ? what could it be?
