| Message: | Hey guys, if these are legitimate complaints, you can do everyone a favor and file the issue with the Better Business Bureau. VMC would then be obligated to address and resolve issues if possible. Even if they ignore it, then we would see their complaint history on the BBB. Looking them up today on BBB, they are listed as having a "Satisfactory" rating. This could either mean they are doing "okay" or not enough dissatisfied customers are actually filing complaints... | ||||
