Re: Motormiester, Is it for real? (203 views)
Message: i dont see how roy keeps doing this to people.i have seen many many manypost of the same stories. they qutoe you one price, then tow you car for free to their site, i told him i did not need it towed but he said it was free no worry about it... He almost doubled the price, saying my pistons were no good had 3 bad rockers Etc ETc. Oh he said the inspection was free as well. once he doubled the price i told him no way , i want my car back, so he said to pick up my car it would be $1100. i should have paid it and ran... he took my stock cams many other parts.
took my 3 months old braided plug wires, i told him i wanted all my stock parts back he said no problem, never got them. what a nightmare i spent almost $7000 by the time he got done with me and there was nothing i could do... my car ran like opps no oil pressure, leaked oil, would not pass smog, passed before they touched it. i met 2 of his guys they said he does that to a lot of people, that he felt bad, he pulled my motor at my house and put stock cams back in, probably were my stock cams, shimmed my oil relief valve so it would have oil pressure,of corace i had to pay him, but at least it almost ran like it did before i took it to them, still does not shift correctly, smokes at start up leaks oil... I feel like i was raped... i have heard some real bad story's, where they did the same type of crap to many others.. if anybody wants me to sign a fact statment i will.. i tried to take them to court and lost. he has poked a lot of people he knows how to do it and get away with it...
