I have read of Porsche offering assistance in .... (58 views) 
Message: the repair of an engine out of warranty, especially when the problem is known to them. It is not clear to me what the issue is or if it has been diagnosed yet. You might want to try a different dealer for a different opinion or approach to this. Dealerships vary significantly in their helpfulness. Let us know how this goes.
