| Message: | | Sorry Robert, "pristine" is not in the eye of the beholder. "Pristine" is really another way of saying "mint, to near mint". If the car that "chris" posted about had the problems he mentioned, and you presented it as pristine, you should make good on it. If you don't, well...your reputation will continue to be tarnished here, perhaps elsewhere.
I've had not dealing with Victory, so I can't comment directly. However, I have dealt with people on Ebay who worked the system in ways that Victory is accused of (Coincidentally perhaps, these folks also hailed from the car business but have since switched to watch selling). Caveat Emptor. The internet is great for exposing people who don't treat others fairly. If chris' claims are unwarranted, Mr. Neal would most certainly be suing for libel, etc. That said, chris doesn't seem to be too worried about it. Perhaps this is because truth is the perfect defense? I don't know. Regardless, it's good to have such alerts, as one can never be too careful. Good luck.
