| Message: | I've been spending some time reading the comments posted about Victory Motor Cars and would like to comment briefly. I'm a professional car buyer, I purchase Porsche 911's for Victory Motor Cars in the west coast region and I must say Robert Neil is one of the finer guys in the car business. We go over each car in great detail together which includes metering the paint with an Elcometer. I only buy the finest examples for Victory Motor Cars. Unlike some car dealers, Mr. Neil simply won't buy rough cars. In the end this purchase is your choice, please do your homework, figure out what these cars are all about before making your purchase. Victory specializes in older Porsches, fine examples, but older models. You have to expect to spend some money on these cars as you enjoy them. I promise you if you have a older 911 checked out by 3 different technicians, you'll get three different opinions. You seasoned 911 owners know exactly what I'm talking about. So please stop throwing these guys under the bus, it's simply not fair. If your looking for a nice older Porsche no one does it better than Victory Motor Cars. If your looking for a car you'll never spend money on, then the air cooled Porsche might not be for you. Robert Neil does his very best and he has a true passion for the air cooled Porsche, he doesn't try to fool anyone. If he did, I wouldn't continue to buy cars for him. Thanks for reading this.
