| Message: | | i am in the market for a 1987 or 1988 911. i've been browsing the inventory at victory and it looks good on the web, but i must admit, i would not buy a car that was 20 years old without seeing it and driving it first. i had a 1991 c2 cab and it was a blast. my friend is a porsche mechanic and told me about the main case seal problems for the 964 series and said that they are "leakers". but the small leaks did not bother me or him. once you drive a 911 you will understand what it is all about. driving the peak to peak highway in colorado in a 911 is "better than sex!" and hitting 150 mph on the boulder tunpike isn't bad either. so, my advice is to go and see and drive the car first. i believe that mr. neal has been in business too long to be simply "scamming" people. do the math, 70 or so 911's in inventory at even $20,000 per unit is 1.4 million dollars! if you really want to be "scammed", simply go in to any TOYOTA dealership in the good ole USA and watch what they do to you!!!!!!! there are deceivers everywhere, buyer beware.
