... is that income is taxed, but not wealth. Nothing like busting your [Oops!] to get ahead and knowing you'll never overtake many wealthy folks who just pass fortunes from one generation to the next.
Of course you've probably guessed I'm a relatively high-income/low-wealth guy so I have a vested interest in this position, but I still think taxation based on wealth AND income versus income alone is a more fair proposition.
