We just picked up a used Cooper S 2003 and I'm tweeking a few things. The one that is next is the drivers window. When the door is opened or closed with the window up the back corner of the window clips the piler towards the top. I figure the thing I need to do is lower the front of the window in the drive tracks and raise the back of the window effectively rotating it forward a bit. I had the door panel off yesterday and wasn't able to find an adjustment that looked familiar. There were funny things that looked like gears at the point where the glass attaches to the rails. I thought these might be some sort of eccentric adjusting device, but I couldn't figure out how to turn them.
