Message: I recently bought a used 2003 mini cooper with 77,000 miles on it. I had it for about a month and the transmission already gave out. I did some research online to find that a lot people have been experiencing the same problem and incurring costs up to $8000 to replace it. We definitely need to bring this to MINIUSA's attention. Has anyone contacted MINIUSA and received any feedback? I think a class action suit would be appropriate?
