Message: I to have a 2004 mini and at just over 56,000 miles the cvt transmission has gone out. And I have also heard the same crazy prices. $5600 for transmission plus several hours of service at $107.00 per hour from Mini of Fife and $7200 for parts and labor from a different mechanic. I also contacted mini and have not heard back. Tried to contact you (winnie poon) but your email doesn't seem to be working.
