the inspection II at bmw/mini is not cheap. typically mostly inspections, with oil change (typicaly 75-100), cabin air filter, engine air filter, brake fluid every two years (from date in service) coolant 4 years. if this included brakes, then that price is not bad.

your service won't be cheap.
