There is only Inspection I and Inspection II alternating depending on your mileage. Besides, I dont think there is a "major inspection" based on the user's manual maintenance list. If you have an independent mechanic around, I'd stop going to the dealer all together for maintenance service, since the car is not under warranty anymore.

May be others will comment on what needs to be done at 60K, but I am almost sure that it does not include a transmission service.
