the storms. Home owner insurance in Fl (and many other costal areas) is getting down right ugly making an already tight housing market worse. I feel for your folks. My family is trying to sell a place after my mother moved into an assisted living home is West Melbourne. The new place is far enough inland and is rated for a cat 4 storm. Mom loves the place, lots of fun stuff to do and no house worries.
Good luck with the move. Sorry you can not make it to the dragon. I almost did not go this year wanting to hit MOT instead. The problem with MOT (for me) is the date is to close to my daughter's birthday. After she starts driving, maybe we will go together as a daughter/dad team. That is if she still wants to hang with the old man.
