As for resetting the light... Here is the sequence in my 03 MCS (it should be the same in 06): Turn the ignition until you see all the lights in the speedometer, press and hold the tire pressure reset button (under the hand brake) for about 3-4 seconds (if the light was flashing before, it will lit continuously), then start the car and drive. In about 5-10 seconds, the system will reset itself with the new rotation values from the tires and the light will go off. In case you did not know, this system measures the rotation speed of each tire (not the tire pressure) with the idea that if one is running low, it will show a different reading compared to others. I guess -by the same logic - the light may come on if there is excess amount of air in one of the tires :)
