Message: While trying to identify a "noise" problem on my 03 MCS after a clutch replacement, I just realized that the motor mount on the passenger side has some oil on the rail. I am aware that this is a common problem and mostly seemed to effected 05 and 06 models (apparently there was a design change). I dont think I ever saw this for an 03 MCS. My car is a 4/03 built MCS at 53K.

After seeing some pictures online showing the engine mount (leaking or not), I think mine looks a bit different. Is there supposed to be a metal cover on this part? Also, there seems to be a hole on the side as well... If you have an 03 MCS, could you please confirm whether your engine mount looks like this or not... I am trying to figure out what went wrong after the clutch replacement.
