Let me count the reasons (1916 views) 
Message: 1) You are not a dealer - therefore buyer is taking a risk
2) It is used and your price is way too close to the price of a new one. Realistically a $5000 drop is about the start point of the markdown MEASURED FROM THE PRICE YOU PAID.
3) As others said - all those aftermarket add-ons are rarely "valued" by a potential owner.
4) If you put on performance options then you have multiplied the risk factor mentioned in item 1)
5) You are comparing yours to a NEW car with zero miles zero risk and all the "new" features added since 02

Those dealers reported to be asking 22-23 k for used MINIs are STARTING at that price and if you flash cash they will take less. Used car dealers always start at a higher price than they really expect to get.
