Finally got through my run-flats saga and installed four new Falken ZIEX 512's. I looked at the Pirelli Zeros but I could not pass up a "Z" rated tire for $113 bucks each. All I can say is what a difference!! I'm no race car driver or even a "want-a-be" but for normal driving on not so always normal roads this is a whole new car. I can't begin to describe how smooth and quiet the ride is now. Driving over the small raised road reflectors does not cause the glove box door to fly open any more!!!To be honest I cannot really feel any difference in the general handling of the car. It still turns like a go-cart. I'm in love with my Mini again. For you run-flat diehards I have two practically brand new Goodyear runflats (3039 miles, 2600 highway)for sale.
