By fully loaded I assume you mean leather, nav, all packages, etc. This would make the new MSRP price about 27k. First of all depreciation takes a BIG toll. As soon as you drive it out the door you lose 5k. Second you've got a few miles on it, thats another couple of k. Third supply has caught up with demand. 18-20k is more reasonable.
