Mini running wrong (67 views) (72 thread views) 
Message: Hey guys, I have a 1978 Austin Mini 850. Something is wrong though. I can't really get it to get above 35 mph. Now, I know that I can't expect it to go very fast, but, factory top speed was 72 mph. I'm only getting half way there. It runs very, very smoothly, but it just seems not to be getting enough fuel to go faster. Does this happen very much? If not, I'm sure I'll just have to figure it out. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks
