Hi and greetings from North Wales ! I don't know if anyone can help with this problem, My sister in law has a 1988 mayfair automatic and the steering is the heaviest I've ever experienced, the car has standard wheels etc but is really heavy. when the car is jacked up the steering feels normal but once the weight of the car is back on the suspension its awful. even on the move its real heavy. I had a mini many years ago and don't recall it being this bad. Any ideas/clues ?
