| Message: | Hello I have a 2006 slk350 too. If I drive without putting on my seatbelt, the seatbelt warning symbol does flash and beep. This beep sound gets faster the longer the seatbelt is not fastened. In the passenger seat it will detect if someone is sitting or not, if there is someone sitting without their seat belt as the car is moving, it will show the seat belt symbol, i think it makes a sound also not too sure about that. About the passenger airbag light, not too sure about that. Anyway, I prefer if my seatbelt warning doesn't beep, i find it annoying, as sometimes I prefer to drive without my seatbelt.
