| Message: | | i'm going through this now. Just bought 18s - mezanno wheels and 245 tires from a custom shop. A week later, after two return trips to the installing company to check balance and one trip to the personal mechanic, we found out that the lug pattern is just not true to the hub (which was ruined by the installing company when they put the wheels on!!). The wheels were on the car for one week and we had the steering wheel shake and vibration. We put the stock wheels back on the car and everything is fine again. My mechanic said that the wheels would go on the car, but you actually had to force them on the car with the lugs. I'm taking them back to the custom shop tomorrow and I was told if I look at another wheel, it has to have the true bolt pattern and correct hub size or the problem will continue. Good luck
