Message: I have a 1997 S320 with regular wheels, and I have the same problem. Sometimes it is not as bad as other times. I had a 1988 560 SEL with the same problem. I think it may be tires, not rims. The car is so heavy that tires may develop flat spots when parked. I have had front tires balanced and re-balanced, but the problem seems to be endemic.
