I haven't chipped my '02 C240 yet, but I have installed K&N filters, did a Magnaflow muffler replacement (#14815) which is basically an axle-back like the $1000 brands but for only $140, and replaced my cats with Magnaflow's high-flow metallic-spun converters (#59955). I emailed Travis at PowerChipGroup and they're claiming a horsepower gain of 18hp for $490. I've paid more for less on my Mustangs...lol.
