Performance Chip for 2003 AMG 55 Supercharged (701 views) (1085 thread views) 
Message: Does anyone know if there is available a hi-performance chip for a 2003 AMG 5.5 Supercharged engine? I happen to have a 2003 G-55.

I had the dealer check the car and they said it was "OK" and they noticed no "lagging", but that's not gospel as far as I'm concerned.

At times the response is lagging when I really "step on it" which is frustrating; I assume it may be due to the super charging (as I recall Turbos do lag), but the delay is bothersome.ks!

Besides a chip, does anybody have any other suggestions.
