I looked at a parts list I have and it does not show a break down for just the frame only the froame and top as an assembly. The assembly is a modest $7000, only $5700 if it was a 2000-2001. Check out the link below, Coventry West has been giving me the best rates on new OEM parts but if you get lucky maybe they have a used one also try www.eautoinc.com and if they don't have a used one they can try and locate it for you, good luck.
