Most have it in stock. If he doesn't know this, I wouldn't buy or get my Jag serviced there. That question isn't rocket science. ALL MANUFACTURERS sell factory touch up paint through their dealers. Perhaps he could provide some customer service even if he was this dumb by calling Jag, or by looking in his parts book. The answer is entirely unacceptable.
