I've never been happy with the Pirellis on my XJR as well as my XK8. I replaced them with Michelin Pilot Sports on both cars and am very happy. The XK8 has 22,000 miles on them with plenty of tread left. They're 18's.


What is the deal with the Pirelli tires wearing out. My 2001 XK8 has 10K miles only and all 4 tires are worn out. No hard driving either. My 1998 XK8 Pirelli tires also sucked but got at least 18K miles.
