Don't know if it will rub anywhere, but you can expect your speedometer/odometer to be less accurate. A simple calculation based on rotations per mile indicates they will read high by about 2.8%.

Can I go up to 255 / 45 17's from the stock size 245/50 17's without rubbing or any other problems all the way around. still original rims.
Its a 99 XK8 Coupe.
