select addition with major damage (archive)

Bought 98 conv. last Aug. from Jag. dealer in NJ.Select addition warranty and was told by dealer that car was never in an accident.Car fax before purchase revealed no problem.Just discovered that car was in a major accident,don't know status of airbags. Car has major water leak near the drivers door and four attemts to fix have been unsucessful.Entire left side of car was damaged.Also service records revealed that car was serviced at a dealer with recorded mileage and was later sold at Manheim auction with less mileage.Suggestions?
