This survey is normal and most owners get one after buying a car from a dealer and there is a similar survey when you have your car serviced under warranty. These surveys help Jaguar assign a CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) rating to a dealer. If a dealer has a low CSI rating they will not get a lot of the perks offered by Jaguar.

If you recently bought a Jaguar (from the dealer)and did not receive a survey just give the manufacturer a call and I am sure they will gladly send one. 201-818-8500
