Oh, and another tid bit. Every Jaguar dealer is paid 2 hours labor by the factory to prepare a vehicle for delivery to the consumer. One of the things that Jaguar is paying the dealer to do is install that bracket. So, in short, they were already paid by Jaguar Cars Inc. to install it during the PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection).

Other things included in the PDI is removing the protective coating sprayed on in the UK to protect the paint, remove protective plastic from the interior, remove brake rotor plastic covers, adjust tire pressure, check lug nut torque, check battery charge, check all fluid levels, check for shipping damage, etc....
