Electric problems on my 99XK8 (archive)

I recently bought a 99 XK8 conv late last fall. I love the car. I had no real problems with it until I parked it in the garage for winter weather for couple of months. When I got it out and tried to drive it the battery was dead and wouldnt start. After having the battery charged it started and ran fine but the windows started acting wierd, they would go down when you opened the doors but not go back up. This leaves a gap at the top of window which only enlarges every time door is opened. I took it to dealer who got the left door working but the right door window is still doing the same thing every time door is opened and I have to raise window up by using the control button on the door when it should go up automatically. Also the control center reads there is a bulb failure in the rear but I cant find any bulbs or lights which are out. My dealer doesnt seem to know whats wrong or how to fix. Anybody have any ideas??
